It is possible to do and heat-style the hair without damage. Surprisingly, it’s not at all difficult – we don’t need special dryers, expensive flat-irons or alternative methods.

I’m using them and I’m not worried my hair gets damaged because of everyday blow-drying or heat-styling. A good heat protection spray is able to shield the hair from temperatures reaching even 430℉/220℃! You can use a conditioner, cream, serum or oil but – to be honest – spray is the best choice!
